Sumario: | We study events with photons and/or jets and events with a photon and missing transverse energy to test several new physics hypotheses: ADD large extra dimension, excited quarks or weakly interacting massive particles. The paper presents results from searches done in several channels, i.e. single photon, dijets or jet+photons events, representing the most recent results from the data sample recorded in 2011 at $\sqrt{s} = 7\text{ TeV}$ centre-of-mass energy and in 2012 at $\sqrt{s} = 8\text{ TeV}$ by the ATLAS experiment at the LHC. |
