The required training consists of 2 parts :<br />
<ul>
<li>
This presentation explaining “CERN’s merit recognition system”, followed by a session of questions/answers – duration : 2 hours</li>
<li>
A training session on “How to get, as a supervisor, the most out of the annual interview” – duration : 1 day.<br />
This hands-on training focuses on how to set smart work and development objectives, how to give feedback and how to run the annual interview in a constructive way.</li>
