Sumario:<!--HTML-->As stated in Administrative Circular 26 on Recognition of merit, &nbsp;&ldquo;the supervisor must have completed the necessary training, in particular with regard to the assessment of performance, before conducting the (annual) interview&rdquo;.<br /> &nbsp;<br /> The required training consists of 2 parts :<br /> <ul> <li> This presentation explaining &ldquo;CERN&rsquo;s merit recognition system&rdquo;, followed by a session of questions/answers &ndash; duration : 2 hours</li> <li> A training session on &ldquo;How to get, as a supervisor, the most out of the annual interview&rdquo; &ndash; duration : 1 day.<br /> This hands-on training focuses on how to set smart work and development objectives, how to give feedback and how to run the annual interview in a constructive way.</li> </ul>
