description The CMS experiment at the LHC has taken data from proton-proton collisions at the center of mass energy of 7 TeV. This data is used to search for new physics with an analysis based on large missing transvere energy and high energetic jets. The Standard Model background is estimated with high precision using data-driven estimation methods. The prediction of the background from tt and W + jet events with non-identied electrons and muons from the W-decay is descussed in detail in this analysis. No excess over the Standard Model expectation could be found in the data. The results are interpreted with the CLS-method within the constraint minimal supersymmetric Standard Model (cMSSM). A lower limit on the squark mass of 1100 GeV can be set.
