Sumario:The production of W and Z bosons is a sensitive test of the Standard Model. ATLAS measurements of total and differential vector boson production will be presented and compared to calculations from perturbation theory in the fiducial regions of the measurements. With increasing integrated luminosity rarer processes, such as diboson production, also become accessible to measurement. Diboson production is sensitive to triple gauge couplings (TGCs). Since some New Physics Models predict anomalous TGCs, precision measurements of triple gauge couplings also serve as a sensitive probe of New Physics. Last not least a good understanding of diboson production will be needed for detailed studies of Higgs boson production, for which these processes are an important background. The current status of ATLAS measurements of diboson production will be summarized with emphasis on recent results.
