Procura de SUSY com violação da Paridade-R no LHCb através do canal $\tilde{\chi}_0^1 \to \mu q' \bar{q}$

Sumario: | One alternative to the Minimal SuperSymmetric Standard Model is to consider the supersymmetry broken through gravity (mSUGRA) and the R-parity violation (BRpV). On this scenario, the lightest supersymmetric particle, the neutralino, can decay directly into standard model particles. The goal of this thesis was to search for one of those decays, neutralino into $\mu q' \bar{q}$, using $pb^{-1}$ collected by the LHCb in 2010. No evidences was found for this process. On this thesis, it is also described a personal contribution to the LHCb, the development of a monitoring tool for the computer farm that is responsible to select events. |
