Sumario:A measurement of the triple differential cross section in $\gamma$+jets final states is presented using a data sample from proton proton collisions at $\sqrt{\text s}=7$~TeV. This sample corresponds to an integrated luminosity of 2.14 \fbinv collected with the CMS detector at the LHC. The photons and jets are reconstructed within the pseudorapidity range of $|\eta|<2.5$ and required to have transverse momentum in the range of $40 < p_{T}^\gamma < 300$~GeV and $p_T^{\text {jet}}>30$~GeV, respectively. %The triple differential cross section $d^3\sigma/(dp^{\gamma}d\eta^{\gamma}d\eta^{\text jet})$ %is determined from measurements using 62 exclusive kinematic regions and is corrected %for background in the photon selection and unfolded for instrumental effects. The measurements are compared to the theoretical predictions from the {\sc sherpa} tree-level Monte Carlo generator and the NLO perturbative QCD calculation from {\sc jetphox}.
