Sumario:We present an updated search for the Standard Model Higgs boson in the H to b-quarks pair and H to tau pair decay modes performed by the ATLAS experiment using 4.7 fb-1 of LHC data at sqrt(s)=7 TeV and 13.0 fb-1 at sqrt(s)= 8 TeV delivered in 2011 and 2012 respectively. No significant excess is observed. For mH=125 GeV the observed (expected) upper limit at 95% CL on the cross section times the branching ratio is found to be 1.8 (1.9) times the Standard Model prediction for H to b-quarks pair and 1.9 (1.2) fot H to tau pair.
