Sumario: | A measurement of the angular correlations between beauty jets
produced in pp collisions at a center-of-mass energy of 7 TeV at LHC is presented. A heavy-flavor enriched event sample is selected by a low-transverse-momentum single-muon trigger. Hadronic jets are identified as beauty jets by the presence of nearby high impact parameter tracks. The measured differential di-beauty jet production cross sections, $\frac{d\sigma}{d\Delta\phi}$ and $\frac{d\sigma}{d\Delta R}$, are obtained from a sample whose integrated luminosity corresponds to $3\,\mathrm{pb}^{-1}$. The visible kinematic phase-space is defined by the requirement of two b-tagged jets with $p_{T} > 30$ GeV and $\left|\eta\right| < 2.4$, with an angular separation of $\Delta R > 0.6$ between them, one of the jets has a muon within its decay products with $p_{T} > 8$ GeV and $\left|\eta\right| < 2.1$. The results obtained in data are compared with predictions based on perturbative QCD calculations. |
