The $W/Z$ physics results include the measurement of the high-mass Drell-Yan di-lepton production cross section, the $Wb(b)$ production cross section and the study of the transverse momentum of $Z/\gamma^*$. The latest $WW$, $WZ$, $ZZ$, $W\gamma$ and $Z\gamma$ production cross sections will be summarized, including updated $WW$ and $ZZ$ results. In particular, the $ZZ^*$ channel has been added. The ATLAS diboson results are also used to set limits on charged triple gauge couplings ($WWZ$, $WW\gamma$) and on neutral triple gauge couplings ($Z\gamma\gamma$, $ZZ\gamma$, $ZZZ$).
