Sumario:A finite element model of different versions of RF flange used in Compact Linear Collider modules was created in ANSYS Workbench software. A 2D idealisation of the assembly was modelled using both plane stress and plane strain elements. Three of the versions were also modelled using 3D elements. A detailed description of finite element models and theoretical background accompanying the models are presented in this thesis.
