description Results on $CP$, $CPT$ violation and Flavor Changing Neutral Current (FCNC) in top quark physics, obtained from the ATLAS and CMS collaborations are presented. Finally the combination of ATLAS and CMS measurements of the W-boson polarization in top-quark decays is shown. All presented results are in agreement with the Standard Model (SM) expectation and no evidence of new physics have been observed.
