Sumario: | Results of the measurement of the Neutral Current Drell-Yan Cross Section with the ATLAS Detector are presented. Based on an integrated luminosity of $4.9,{ m fb}^{-1}$ in 2011 data, the differential cross-section in the $Z/gamma^{ast} o e^+e^-$ channel as a function of the di-electron invariant mass, m$_{ m ee}$, is measured in the range 116 $<$ m$_{ m ee} < 1500$ GeV, for a fiducial region in which both electrons have $p_{ m T} > 25,$GeV and $|eta|<2.5$. A comparison is made to various event generators and to the predictions of perturbative QCD calculations at next-to-next-to-leading order with next-to-leading order QED corrections. |
