Sumario:The current measurement system measures directly the leakage current in pixel sensors. The system is integrated with the ATLAS Pixel high voltage delivery system. The system runs as a monitor of a radiation damage of the pixel sensors. The leakage current data collected for the completed data taking period are analyzed. The recent status of the sensor's radiation damage and a comparison with the theoretical predictions are presented.
