Sumario:Abstract: In this project we explore the modeling of single-top quarks with the use of the Madgraph and aMC@NLO generators, probing the differences between 5 flavour scheme and 4 flavour scheme. The tool that was used to produce the final results presented in this projects is CMSSW, which allowed to perform the hadronisation step with the PYTHIA generator. In our studies we ultimately compared the characteristic distributions of the single-top events between 5 and 4 flavor scheme.
