Sumario:A search for new resonances decaying to $\mathrm{WW}\rightarrow \ell \nu \mathrm{q\bar{q'}}$ is presented. The final state with one electron or muon, large missing transverse energy, and at least one jet is considered. Results are based on data corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 19.5 fb$^{-1}$ of proton-proton collisions at $\sqrt{s}=8$ TeV collected with the CMS detector at the CERN LHC. Jet substructure techniques are exploited for separating the signal from the standard model background when the boost of the W causes the hadronization products of the two quarks from its decay to merge into the same jet reconstructed in the detector. Upper limits are set on bulk graviton production cross section times branching ratio to WW in the range from 70 fb to 3 fb for resonance masses between 0.8 and 2.5 TeV, respectively.
