Search for the Higgs boson in VH(bb) channel using the ATLAS detector
Updated results in the search for the Higgs decay into b-bbar where the Higgs boson is produced in association with a vector boson (W/Z) are shown. The search is made on the complete 2011 and 2012 data collected by the ATLAS detector. The analysis is performed in three different lepton multiplicitie...

description | Updated results in the search for the Higgs decay into b-bbar where the Higgs boson is produced in association with a vector boson (W/Z) are shown. The search is made on the complete 2011 and 2012 data collected by the ATLAS detector. The analysis is performed in three different lepton multiplicities (with 0, 1, and 2 leptons), corresponding to the decays of ZH (Z --> nu + nu), WH (W --> e/mu + nu), and ZH (Z --> ee/mumu), respectively. The final result is a combination of all three lepton categories; limits incorporate systematic uncertainties, and are computed using the profile likelihood ratio approach. |
