CMS reach in B[s] to dimuon and B to dimuon branching fractions for the new LHC runs

We estimate the possible reach on the ${\rm B_s^0}\to\mu^+\mu^-$ and ${\rm B}^0\to\mu^+\mu^-$ branching fractions for the runs of the LHC at $\sqrt{s}=14$~TeV and for the integrated luminosities of 100, 300 and 3000 fb$^{-1}$. Sumario:We estimate the possible reach on the ${\rm B_s^0}\to\mu^+\mu^-$ and ${\rm B}^0\to\mu^+\mu^-$ branching fractions for the runs of the LHC at $\sqrt{s}=14$~TeV and for the integrated luminosities of 100, 300 and 3000 fb$^{-1}$. With the increased data sample sizes it will be possible to reduce both systematic and statistical errors leading to high precision measurements of branching fractions of ${\rm B^0}\to\mu^+\mu^-$ and ${\rm B_s^0}\to\mu^+\mu^-$ decays, which will allow stringent tests of the Standard Model. At 3000 fb$^{-1}$ it will be possible to measure the ${\rm B^0}\to\mu^+\mu^-$ with more than $5\sigma$ significance.
