Sumario:We present the prospects for discovery or exclusion of heavy vector-like charge 2/3 quarks, T, by the upgraded CMS detector, in proton-proton collisions at a center-of-mass energy of 14~TeV and a dataset correpsoding to a luminosity of 3000 fb$^{-1}$. We consider pair production of a T quark and its antiparticle and decays of the T quark to bW, tZ, or tH final states. The expected $3\sigma$ and $5\sigma$ discovery reaches, and the 95\%~confidence level exclusion reach for the mass of the T quark are 1.65~TeV, 1.48~TeV, and 1.85~TeV, respectively.
