Sumario:A search for a Higgs boson ($\mathrm{H}$) decaying to invisible particles, when produced in association with a $\mathrm{Z}$ boson decaying to bottom quarks is reported. The search is performed in a data sample corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 18.9 fb$^{-1}$ at $\sqrt{s}=$8 TeV, recorded by the CMS experiment at the LHC in 2012. An upper limit at the 95$\%$ confidence level of 1.82 (with an expected limit of 1.99) is placed on the ratio of the product of the ZH production cross section times the Higgs invisible branching fraction, with respect to the expected ZH production cross section of a standard model Higgs boson.
