Simulation Studies of Characteristics and Performance of small-strip Thin Gap Chamber for the ATLAS New Small Wheel Upgrade
Small-strip, Thin Gap Chambers (sTGC) will be used for the primary Level-1 trigger in the ATLAS New Small Wheel muon spectrometer upgrade. In this note we present detailed simulation studies of sTGCs that include electric field distribution, electron transportation properties, charge production, etc...
