Cognitive radio policy and regulation: techno-economic studies to facilitate dynamic spectrum access

This book offers a timely reflection on how the proliferation of advanced wireless communications technologies, particularly cognitive radio (CR) can be enabled by thoroughly-considered policy and appropriate regulation.
