Level-1 Muon Trigger and RPC PAC Trigger performance plots

The performance results of the Level-1 Muon Trigger for the year 2012 are presented in the first part of the document. These results include: the analysis of the timing of the L1 Muon Trigger (i.e. the output of the Global Muon Trigger - GMT); the analysis of the GMT rate and the contribution to the rate from the muon trigger subsystems; the analysis of the GMT efficiency from the Tag&Probe method, both with use of the Z boson and J/Psi resonance. The second part of the document contains the analysis of the rate and efficiency of the Resistive Plate Chambers Pattern Comparator Trigger (RPC PACT, one of the components of the CMS Level-1 Muon Trigger). These results include: the history plot of the RPC PACT efficiency for the second half of the 2012; the history plot of the rate for the period of 2011-2012; the efficiency turn-on curves for various detector regions.
