Sumario:Measurements of the branching fractions of $\mathrm{B}^{0}_{d,s}\!\rightarrow \mathrm{K}^{*\pm}\mathrm{h}^{\mp} \mathrm{(h = \pi, K)}$ decays are performed, using pp collision data at the LHCb experiment. The data sample corresponds to an integrated luminosity of 1.0 fb$^{-1}$, collected at a centre-of-mass energy of 7 TeV. First observation of the $\mathrm{B}^{0}_{s}\!\rightarrow \mathrm{K}^{*\pm}\mathrm{K}^{\mp}$ and evidence for the $\mathrm{B}^{0}_{s}\!\rightarrow \mathrm{K}^{*-} \pi^{+}$ decay modes are reported. The following branching fraction measurements and limits of the $\mathrm{B}^{0}_{d,s}\!\rightarrow \mathrm{K}^{*\pm}\mathrm{h}^{\mp} \mathrm{(h = \pi, K)}$ decay modes, relative to the well measured $\mathrm{B}^{0}_{d}\!\rightarrow \mathrm{K}^{*+} \pi^{-}$ decay, are obtained \begin{align*} \frac{{\cal B}(\mathrm{B}^{0}_{s}\!\rightarrow \mathrm{K}^{*\pm}\mathrm{K}^{\mp})}{{\cal B}(\mathrm{B}^{0}_{d}\!\rightarrow \mathrm{K}^{*+} \pi^{-})} &=1.49\pm0.22\mathrm{\,(stat.)}\pm0.18\mathrm{\,(syst.)} \\ \frac{{\cal B}(\mathrm{B}^{0}_{d}\!\rightarrow \mathrm{K}^{*\pm}\mathrm{K}^{\mp})}{{\cal B}(\mathrm{B}^{0}_{d}\!\rightarrow \mathrm{K}^{*+} \pi^{-})} &<0.06 \; \; \; \; \text{at 95 % CL.}\\ \frac{{\cal B}(\mathrm{B}^{0}_{s}\!\rightarrow \mathrm{K}^{*-} \pi^{+})}{{\cal B}(\mathrm{B}^{0}_{d}\!\rightarrow \mathrm{K}^{*+} \pi^{-})} &=0.39\pm0.13\mathrm{\,(stat.)}\pm0.05\mathrm{\,(syst.)} \end{align*}
