Sumario:The results of the Standard Model Higgs Boson search with the CMS detector at the Large Hadron Collider at CERN with proton-proton collision data corresponding to integrated luminosities of around 5 fb$^{-1}$ at 7 TeV and 20 fb$^{-1}$ at 8 TeV center-of-mass energies are presented. The analysis in the most sensitive decay modes in 2 photons, ZZ$^*\rightarrow$4$\ell$, WW$\rightarrow$2$\ell$2$\nu$, tau lepton pair and bottom quark pair final states followed by the discovery of the Higgs Boson around a mass of 125 GeV is reported. In addition, a measurement of the properties of the Higgs boson is presented showing its consistency with Standard Model expectations.
