Strategy for future proton & electron facilities in europe

We present possible strategies for future proton and electron facilities in Europe over the next 50-100 years, emerging from the EuCARD WP4 networks EuroLumi, RFTech and EuroNNAc, along with tentative time lines, associated challenges, expected synergies, and future R&D paths.
