Sumario:Experimental methods and various codes used are reported on with the aim to understand the signals picked up from the higher order modes in the third harmonic cavities within the ACC39 module at FLASH. Both commercial computer codes have been used, and also codes written for the express purpose of understanding the sensitivity of the modal profiles to geometrical errors and other sources of experimental errors.
