Sumario:The discovery of the Higgs boson has been a resounding success for particle physics, providing us with a deeper understanding of the Standard Model and the universe in which we live. The search for the Higgs boson has produced measurements of a new-found particle, which will allow us to determine if this particle is a Higgs boson as predicted by the Standard Model, or if the discovery of new physics awaits us. The latest results from the ATLAS Experiment at the LHC for the search for a Standard Model Higgs boson, and its measurement, are presented.
