Sumario:An interface is implemented, which injects data in a specific format called HepMC from Monte Carlo event generators into the simulation and reconstruction environment of the ALICE experiment, called ``AliRoot''. The interface can both be used in a stand alone version to analyse output from Monte Carlo event generators, or it can be used on the grid to run large scale productions in the ALICE simulation and reconstrunction environment.
