Feature set expansion for the SysteMA software

SysteMA - Systematic Measurement Analyzer is a software for the visualisation and analysis of data from LHC monitoring sensors and controllers. It was extended with three main features: an option for selecting the fills by date; the possibility to filter fills by ther duration; the possibility of computing and plotting arbitrary functions over the logging variables. Moreover, some usability improvements were included with the new software release.
