Property measurements of the Higgs boson in γγ final state with the ATLS detector at the LHC
The discovery of a particle consistent with a Higgs Boson is a great success for the LHC Physics Program. Sumario: | The discovery of a particle consistent with a Higgs Boson is a great success for the LHC Physics Program. Using the full 25 fb Run I dataset, ATLAS have established the excess of this new particle over background at a significance of 7 standard deviations in the di-photon channel alone. In this poster, we will present properties measurements of the new particle in H->gamma gamma analysis which relies on a new calibration of photon energy and of new simulation with improved geometry simulation including the measurement of Higgs mass, fiducial and differential cross section. |
