Top pair production at $\sqrt{s}=8$ TeV

We report on several results of the ATLAS and CMS experiments about the top-antitop production in $pp$ collisions at $\sqrt{s}=8$ TeV. Measurements of the inclusive production cross-section in different analysis channels are presented and all found to be compatible with the Standard Model theoretical predictions. CMS results on differential cross-section and production associated with jets are discussed. They are also compatible with predictions in most of the covered phase space.
