Sumario: | In the Standard Model, CP violation effects are small but could be enhanced in the presence of non-Standard Model physics. There has been an increased interest in charm physics since the first evidence for the $D^0 - \bar{D}^0$ mixing was reported in 2007, and the excitement grew even more after the report of evidence of the CP violation in the charm sector in 2011 (not confirmed by the subsequent LHCb measurements). The most recent LHCb searches for direct and indirect CP violation and the high precision measurement of the parameters of the $D^0 - \bar{D}^0$mixing phenomenon are reported in these proceedings. |
