The goal of the VecGeom package is to offer a geometry package that can take advantage most of the modern computing technologies. This report describes the benefits and handicaps of the implementation of the OpenCL support in {VecGeom}, bearing in mind that it has to be as generic as possible and it has to fit in the already existing generic templated structure. |
