Pileup Mitigation at the HL-LHC
This talk reviews the performance of physics object reconstruction and identification with the upgraded ATLAS and CMS detectors at the HL-LHC. Specific new detector features and novel reconstruction algorithms for pile-up mitigation will be discussed, including possible use of timing information.
