Sumario: | A complete analysis of the UA9 H8 data with protons interacting in single pass with crystals had been completed. The analysis is optimized for comparison with simulations routine. Measurements of key crystals properties (bending angle, channeling efficiency, etc.) are performed on the SPS extraction line (H8) with 400 GeV/c protons before testing crystals with circulating beams. A total of 15 crystals had been consistently analyzed in order to compile a comprehensive statistical treatment of different crystals, to identify 'fine' systematic effects (transition region, volume capture, etc. ) and to provide inputs to crystal code developer. Hence we compiled a list of experimental data for the upcoming workshop on crystal simulations, with the analysis results. |
