Sumario: | The Library Science Talks offer librarians and archivists the possibility of learning from and communicating with personalities in libraries, archives and information services who are renowned specialists in their field. The talks cover important and topical issues for information specialists and offer an insight into innovative projects in libraries, archives and related institutions. The talks series was launched by Corrado Pettenati in 1995, who, as newly appointed director of the CERN library, decided to organise a series of conferences for the CERN library staff to inform them about new library technology trends. |
