description We perform a study looking for new variables to be used in the search of the Higgs boson coupled to top quarks in the multi-lepton final state. We extend the study of the 3D impact parameter significance already used in the analysis performed at 8 TeV to the 3D impact parameter value and the signed variants. We show from Monte Carlo simulation that the signed variants may be useful for the lepton selection of this analysis. We also perform a preliminary data to Monte Carlo simulation comparison using about 48 /pb of integrated luminosity picked up by the CMS experiment from pp collision at a center-of-mass energy of 13 TeV.
