Sumario: | The search for new physics in final states with an energetic jet and large missing transverse momentum plays a major role in the physics program of the LHC experiments. This experimental signature is sensitive to different new physics models including the production of weakly interacting Dark Matter candidates, different scenarios of supersymmetry, models that predict the existence of extra dimensions and also to invisible decays of the Higgs boson. Preliminary results from the analysis performed with data collected at the center of mass energy of 13 TeV with the ATLAS experiment at the LHC are presented. |
