description Associated production namely q q to ZH is studied by inclusion of Next-to-Leading (NLO) corrections; both QCD and EW; using the Monte Carlo integrator HAWK. Inclusion of QCD corrections to Leading Order (LO) enhances the cross-section, as opposed to NLO Electro Weak corrections which shows reduction and shape changes. At LO, a comparison study is conducted between HAWK and MadGraph5_aMC@NLO and is found to be in agreement. Higgs Characterization (HC) Model implemented in MadGraph5_aMC@NLO allows to change the shape of combined mass of Z and H and can be used to explain Standard Model deviations hidden behind NLO corrections. The Effective Lagrangian of HC model and connection of its couplings to kappa's, the `Pseudo-Observables' is briefly discussed.
