description Weak decays that are naturally suppressed in the Standard Model (SM), such as processes with flavour-changing neutral-currents, are perfect for indirect searches of new physics. These decays allow us to investigate higher energy ranges with respect to direct searches thus representing a fundamental complementary tool. The measurement of the $B_s^0 \rightarrow J/\psi \,\phi$ decay parameters, that can provide probes for physics beyond the SM, is described in this document and the results obtained with ATLAS data collected in Run 1 will be shown.
