Sumario: | A search is conducted for resonant signatures in the dijet mass spectrum using data from proton--proton collisions at $\sqrt{s} = 8$ TeV taken at the Large Hadron Collider with the ATLAS detector. In addition, using proton--proton collisions at $\sqrt{s} = 13$ TeV, ATLAS searches for enhancements in the dijet mass spectrum and multijet scalar sum of transverse momentum spectrum with, and without, requiring a high transverse momentum electron or muon in the event. No enhancements beyond Standard Model expectations have been observed and the results are interpreted in terms of limits on the mass threshold for black hole production. |
