Sumario:New measurement of CP-violating parameters in B_s -> J/psi phi decay is performed in ATLAS on full Run 1 statistics: phi_s=-0.094+- 0.083(stat)+- 0.033(syst.)$ rad. and DeltaGamma_s = 0.082 +- 0.007 1/ps. Rare B_s -> mu+ mu- decay is analyzed on 2011 data at 7 TeV. The ratio of b-quark fragmentation functions measured, f_s/f_d = 0.240 +- 0.004(stat.) +- 0.013(syst.) +- 0.017(BR), this measurement helps to separate contributions from B0 and B_s mesons into mu+\mu- final state in ongoing analysis on full Run 1 data.
