Searches for pair-produced charged Higgs bosons and neutral supersymmetric Higgs bosons in $Z^{0}$ decays
Searches for pair-produced charged Higgs bosons and neutral supersymmetric Higgs boson in decays of the Z$\sp0$ have been performed using the ALEPH detector at LEP for the decay channels H$\sp+$ H$\sp- \to c\bar s\ \bar cs$, H$\sp+$ H$\sp- \to c\bar b\ \bar cb$, and h$\sp0$ A$\sp0 \to b\bar b\ b\bar...

Sumario: | Searches for pair-produced charged Higgs bosons and neutral supersymmetric Higgs boson in decays of the Z$\sp0$ have been performed using the ALEPH detector at LEP for the decay channels H$\sp+$ H$\sp- \to c\bar s\ \bar cs$, H$\sp+$ H$\sp- \to c\bar b\ \bar cb$, and h$\sp0$ A$\sp0 \to b\bar b\ b\bar b$. With 1.17 pb$\sp{-1}$ of integrated luminosity, corresponding to about 25000 hadronic decays of the Z$\sp0$, the charged Higgs has been excluded at 95% CL in the mass range 14.5-35.2 GeV for BR(H$\sp\pm \to cs\rbrack$ = 100% and 16.4-35.4 GeV for BR(H$\sp\pm \to cb\rbrack$ = 100%. The neutral supersymmetric Higgs had been excluded at 95% CL in the mass range 15.0-40.0 GeV for $M\sb{\rm h\sp0}$ = $M\sb{\rm A\sp0}$, and as high as $M\sb{\rm A\sp0}$ = 44.0 GeV for $M\sb{\rm h\sp0}$ = 24.0 GeV. |
