Sumario:The measurement of the integrated luminosity delivered to the CMS experiment during the 2015 LHC proton-proton run at $13~\mathrm{TeV}$ center-of-mass energy is presented. The Pixel Cluster Counting method is used and the absolute luminosity scale calibration is derived from an analysis of Van der Meer scans performed in August 2015. The overall uncertainty in the luminosity measurement is determined to be $2.3\%$, reduced from an earlier estimate of $2.7\%$. $$\textit{This document has been revised with respect to the version dated March 12, 2016.}$$
