description Measuring heavy-flavor properties plays an important role in the physics program of the ATLAS and CMS experiments operating at LHC. Such measurements provide stringent tests for the description of QCD processes and, at the same time, new insights in hadron spectroscopy and indirect searches for physics phenomena beyond the Standard Model (SM). Both the ATLAS and CMS experiments already delivered a lot of new results in the heavy flavor sector and this note is meant to summarize some of the most recent ones, focusing on measurements of production cross sections, decay polarizations, oscillations and rare decays.
