Feasibility study of $K^0_{\rm S} \to \pi^+\pi^-e^+e^-$ at LHCb

The feasibility of observing the $K^0_{\rm S} \to \pi^+\pi^-e^+e^-$ decay at LHCb is studied using simulated and real data.
