Measurement of Lambda b polarization and the angular parameters of the decay Lambda b to J/psi Lambda

We present a measurement of the $\Lambda_{b}$ polarization based on an angular analysis of the decay $\Lambda_{b}\to J/\psi(\mu^{+}\mu^{-}) \Lambda^{0}(p\pi^{-})$, using data from pp collisions at $\sqrt{s}$ = 7 TeV and 8 TeV collected with the CMS detector.
