description A search for non-resonant Higgs boson pair production in proton-proton collisions at $\sqrt{s}=13~\mathrm{TeV}$ is presented. No signal is observed and an upper limit of $3880~\rm{fb}$ is set on the cross section of non-resonant Higgs pair-production times branching fraction squared of the $\rm{H} \to \rm{b} \bar{\rm{b}}$ decay.
