B-Physics in ATLAS and CMS

Recent results by the ATLAS and CMS experiments at LHC are presented on the production and properties of heavy-flavour states. In the charm sector, cross-sections for the prompt and non-prompt production of J/psi and psi’ are presented, as well as the production of open charm states. The b-quark fragmentation, B± production cross-section and several B-meson decay properties are also studied. The used data include LHC Run 1 (at a centre-of-mass energy of 7 and 8 TeV) and also Run 2 (13 TeV) samples collected in 2015 and 2016.
