Sumario: | The ATLAS and CMS collaborations have carried out a set of measurements that provide stringent tests of the electroweak sector of the Standard Model in proton-proton collisions produced by the LHC at different center-of-mass energies from 7 to 13 TeV. Differential and total production cross sections for di-boson processes, including vector boson fusion and vector boson scattering, are derived and compared to higher order predictions of the Standard Model. Model-independent constraints on new physics are determined, by setting limits on anomalous triple and quartic gauge-boson couplings. |
